Detailed Problem Description
1. In the below files, purchase order numbers are showing shipped dates as the 9th and 10th. A few additional attachments from the business. It looks like their concern is with the 2nd half of the PO number in the report, identified as the customer order number on the attached images (200012128, 7087007040, 7087007041 & 200012141).

Solution Analysis and Recommendations
1. Need to analyze the attached files.
2. Need to validate if PO number is having any duplicates in both files.
3. Need to check if PO number associated with shipped date in NEP.
4. Need to check the values at the source table VBAK-BSTNK.
5. Need to check with functional team regarding 2nd half of the PO number and related issue.
Resolution
1. Analyzed the attached files for issue.
2. Validated both the files but there is no common PO number.
3. Checked PO number associated with shipped date in NEP.
4. Used the direct field from source table i.e VBAK-BSTNK in the report.
5. Some of sales document values associated with PO numbers are given below as in NEP System:
